Practical Information
- Arriving in Lleida
From Barcelona El Prat International Airport: You need to get to the main train station in Barcelona (Barcelona Sants) and take a fast train (AVE) to Lleida-Pirineus. Please check the timetable (RENFE) for trains from Barcelona-Sants to Lleida. It is advisable to buy the tickets beforehand. The journey lasts approximately one hour.
Once in Lleida, it is fairly easy to get around. Most of the hotels are within walking distance but you can take a taxi from the train station to the hotels.
Please remember that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the use of masks in public transport is compulsory.

Registration includes two coffee breaks (with food), a wine reception (first day) and lunch, but here is a list of places to eat close to the conference venue and hotels. They are all within walking distance from the conference venue.
